Festival of Darkness is located at Lost Forty Brewing (501 Byrd Street, Little Rock, AR 72202) on Saturday, October 26, 2024.

  • Load-in between 12PM-2PM. Cars must be out of the parking lot by 2PM. Your sampling area must be completely setup and ready to pour by 3:30PM.

  • VIP admission is from 4PM-5PM. General admission is from 5PM-9PM.

BREWERY PACKAGE

Brewery packages include the following:

  • A 10x10 space in our parking lot for your brewery, tent, table(s), and promotional items, beer brands/styles, merchandising, and information for customers during event.

  • Invitation to bottle share at Lost Forty Brewing on Friday, October 25th from 6-9PM

  • Invitation to Sunday’s Brewers Brunch at Lost Forty Brewing on Sunday, October 27th from 10AM-12:30PM.

  • VIP Event Passes for Brewery Representatives

  • Access to 10 pound bags of ice

  • 1 Dump bucket

Out of state breweries:

  • For out-of-state breweries, we can provide an 8 foot table if needed. September 15th is the final date we must have that information to guarantee a borrowed table.

  • Visiting out of town breweries will be provided with one complimentary room at Holiday Inn Express & Suites (811 E 4th St, Little Rock, AR 72202) Friday and Saturday evening courtesy of Lost Forty. We will send your check-in information via your brewery e-mail contact. A credit card will be required at check in for any incidentals.

Do you provide staffing?

  • No. Breweries / distributors are responsible for product cost and staffing.

Do you provide jockey boxes, trash cans, etc?

  • We include the items listed in the brewery package above. We do not provide tents, jockey boxes, trash cans for kegs, or anything else not listed above.

What type / quantity of beer should I bring?

  • We expect 1,700 people in attendance this year. We strongly recommend bringing 20 cases or a half barrel of beer at minimum. Sample cups provided to festival goers are 5oz (we recommend a 3-4oz pour per guest).

  • We will have 300 VIP tickets to this event and would love for each brewery to bring something limited or special in addition to their main pour selection(s) for our one hour VIP early entry attendees.

  • You may bring as much variety as you like. Festival of Darkness is centered around dark beers but not limited to them. We have no limitations on style, ABV, etc. We’d like for you to share something from your fall lineup with our local and regional craft beer loving guests that you’re excited about.
